About service:

Our workplace rehabilitation service helps individuals recover function while addressing the physical demands of their role. We assess work-specific tasks, ergonomics, and capacity to ensure rehabilitation aligns with job requirements.

We can liaise with employers, insurers, and other providers to support graded return-to-work plans and reduce re-injury risk.

Accessing Physiotherapy under WorkCover

To access physiotherapy services under WorkCover, the following documentation is required:

  1. A valid WorkCover claim number

  2. A current medical certificate issued by your General Practitioner (GP)

However, given the importance of timely intervention if you are still awaiting your WorkCover claim number, you may proceed with treatment; however, sessions will need to be self-funded initially. Once your claim has been approved, you may be eligible to seek reimbursement from WorkCover.
