Telehealth is an effective model for many conditions; however, it has inherent limitations. You acknowledge that assessments are conducted without physical contact and may rely on your ability to accurately report symptoms and perform movements.

Clinical responsibility

PixelRehab does not provide emergency or acute medical care. You must seek immediate medical attention if your condition deteriorates or requires urgent assessment.

Bookings and payments
All appointments are managed through our booking platform and must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session. We accept a range of payment methods including card, bank transfer, and invoicing where appropriate.

Reports and communication
Where clinically or administratively required, PixelRehab may communicate with third parties involved in your care, including referrers, insurers, and funding bodies. This may include the provision of reports or updates relevant to your treatment.

Liability
PixelRehab provides services in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations. Outcomes are influenced by individual participation, adherence, and clinical complexity.

To the extent permitted by law, PixelRehab is not responsible for loss or injury arising from incomplete disclosure, misuse of prescribed programs, or failure to follow clinical advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under applicable consumer laws.
